14-Day Mobility Challenge
Before you start the challenge you should take a few pictures of your current flexibility levels.
You'll feel the difference by the end of the challenge, but it's sometimes nice to see the difference too.
Depending on your starting point, some people will see more progress than others, but you should see and feel the difference after 14 days if you've stuck to the plan.
