8-Week Move Better for Golf Plan £300
This program focuses on getting you moving more freely whilst increasing energy levels and making you feel better and healthier, leading to a more relaxed and consistent game, and ultimately, lower scores.
For less than the cost of 1 Personal Training session a week you get all the results of in-person coaching, plus the flexibility to train when and where you like without the need to match up diaries with your trainer or be limited to just the PT's who work in your gym/local area.
Why 8 weeks?
It's important to work through different phases of training in a specific order.
Each phase requires time for you to learn, practice and adapt. Changes don't happen overnight or in a few sessions.
In the Move Better for Golf program we give each phase 8 weeks to ensure you've made enough progress to move on to the next phase of training.
It's short enough to keep focus but long enough to get the desired results.
Weeks 1-2: We'll assess your starting point and identify your personal restrictions, then get you set up with your personalised flexibility plan. We'll ensure you know exactly what you need to be doing and address any issues that crop up.
You'll also start working on your first 3 Nutrition habits.
Weeks 3-8: Now we simply rinse and repeat. We'll constantly monitor your program and make adjustments as and when needed. You'll start to settle into the routine of doing your exercises and continue working on your healthy habits to really ingrain them into your lifestyle.
After your initial 8 weeks, we'll review your progress and discuss your next training phase. Depending on your starting point, you may wish to repeat the Flexibility phase, or if we're both happy with your progress, you can move on to the next phase of training.
